SEND (Special educational needs and disabilities)

At Morden Primary School, we are committed to being an inclusive school. Class teachers and senior leaders continually monitor progress of all children, and make adaptations to provision to meet children’s specific learning needs.  In some cases this may include in class support, scaffolding, modelling, questioning and challenge.  It may also include small group or 1:1 interventions.  We also work closely with parents and professionals from outside agencies to ensure that we get provision right for learners. Our Inclusion Manager, Mr Carrington, is available to meet with parents who have concerns over their child’s additional needs.

For more information on how we meet the needs of learners with SEND, please see our ‘School Offer’.
