Ad hoc bookings can be made at short notice, if places are available, by completing an Ad Hoc booking form available from the school office (or downloadable online.)
A Policy/Registration form and an Initial Booking form should be completed stating the sessions you wish to reserve. Priority will be given to presently attending, full time pupils.
Breakfast club is not available for Nursery children unless under exceptional circumstances agreed in writing with the Headteacher. This is due to the increase of staffing ratio children of this age require.
Breakfast club operates Monday – Friday from 7.45am-8.45am. Children will be met at the main pedestrian gate by the Breakfast Club staff at 7:45am, and taken across to the main hall. Late arrivals cannot be admitted.
We will be operating a zero debt policy and places must be paid for in advance of attendance at booked sessions.
The price for Breakfast club will be £4 per session (or part thereof).
All payments are made online via ParentPay using your normal school log in. There will be an annual review of pricing at the end of the Summer term.
Late payments may result in a parent losing their Breakfast Club place.
