My name is Mr. Olaniran and I’m the MATL class teacher in Year 2 (Green Class).
Learning in Year 2 is challenging and inspiring! Some highlights of the topics I teach are: learning about Famous Explorers in History, Our World in Geography, Animals and their Habitats in Science and making healthy pizzas in D.T.
In Year 2 we celebrate success by rewarding good work and following the Morden Values by giving children certificates, team points and Golden Time. Across the year, there is a real focus on resilience and responsibility for our own learning journeys as we take the next steps towards our future. We develop team work skills in some exciting projects across the year and create some wonderful memories and shared experiences.
